Construction: 1-inch (25.4mm) O.D. x 0.120”(3mm) wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses, and all welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. Available in two styles: Smooth for aftermarket hand controls or custom applications, and Dimpled for stock Harley-Davidson switches and levers. Fitment: Biltwell Moto Bars are nearly identical to the height of most stock handlebars, and only slightly wider. For this reason, however, care should be exercised to determine if the stock cables and wires on your motorcycle are long enough to make retro fitment easy. Also, because they are wider Moto bars might hit your gas tank. Please consider turning angle and tank size/mounting before ordering. If you’re not confident in your ability to change handlebars on your motorcycle, please consult a service professional. These bars look great on: Any dirt-track inspired custom; Hinckley Triumph Bonnevilles and Scramblers, Harley 48, Hugger, Superlow and Nightsters.
