With 24 seals. Comes with with built-in spring-loaded Viton wipers. Valve stem seals can be used, and are recommended, on all applications. They will help control oil consumption in any type H-D engine. OEM replacement reference 18000-81. Note: Valve seal installation tools are not included and must be purchased separately when required.
