All order with delivery within the Netherlands will be delivered by PostNL from Monday till Saturday.
For all international orders Roadside aims to dispatch them within 1-5 business days after the order
is placed. All international orders will be either delivered by UPS or PostNL global.
Delivery time for international orders can take up to 14 days. (Belgium up to 3 days)
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. When your order is delayed for some reason, we will immediately contact you.
Please note; over our busy periods, like Holidays, our standard delivery services may be affected,
specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.
For all orders with delivery within the Netherlands:
€3,95 (0-2kg – without tracking code)
€6,95 (0-10kg – with tracking code)
€13,25 (10-30kg – with tracking code)

Signature for delivery
For all our orders addressee is required to sign for delivery. To be 100% sure that the order is
delivered to the right person.
Pick up point
It’s possible to pick up your order at our physical shop at the standard opening hours. When you
place your order online please write ‘Pick Up’ at the comment section. Easy as 1,2,3.
Please note that the order should be picked up within 30 days.
If you want to surprise somebody with one of our products we have the option ‘Send as gift’.
Please make sure you fill in the correct address of the person in question.
We wrap the products as a present and add some stickers with it for free.
Will you lower the value on packages for customs?
We will not do this, we can not mark the value of your orders down. Even if you ask we can not do this and we have no control over any fees, duties or taxes your country or customs department may charge you. Please take this into account and if you are unsure research it with your customs department we are not familiar with every country’s laws.
Do you have certain comments or demands, please let them know at the check out process.
For example, you can also mention here that the delivery address is different than the billing address.
