Shipping & Delivery

Within the Netherlands
We ship mainly with PostNL (Monday–Saturday). During this temporary period, orders are processed within 4–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to peak season or carrier delays.

Belgium & EU
Belgium is typically 1–3 business days with PostNL. Wider EU usually 3–10 business days (country-dependent).

International Shipping
International orders ship with PostNL International; for certain destinations or urgent shipments we may use UPS. Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 14 days (customs may add time).

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is handed to the carrier. Note: our lowest-cost small-parcel options may not include Track & Trace.
