Terms of Payment
If an issued one-off authorization by Interpay can not be executed
administrative reasons, we increase the second collection by € 5.00
The possibilities to pay are:Ideal, Bancontact, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop pay, Apply pay, Google pay and Klarna.
Outstanding items are due immediately on:
providing incorrect, incomplete or misleading information:
before or at the conclusion of the agreement; Bankruptcy or death.
In the event of late payment, late payment interest will also be charged.
Delivery of further orders is suspended until the required amount has been paid. In addition the balance is increased by 15% extrajudicial costs and an amount of € 25, –
office costs. Moreover, all costs, both the amicable and the judicial, come with the debt collection, for your account.
Items are exchanged once for free. The costs for returning are by the customer satisfied.

Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Roadside Repair Shop and to every distance contract that has been established between Roadside Repair Shop and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at Roadside Repair Shop and they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the request of the consumer.
Article 3 – Any Offer
If an offer is of limited duration or subject to conditions, this will be
explicitly mentioned in the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and / or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If Roadside Repair Shop uses images, these are a true reflection of the offered products, unless expressly stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Roadside Repair Shop.

Article 4 – The Contract
The agreement is, subject to the provisions of paragraph 3, concluded at the time of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and the fulfillment of the corresponding requirements.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Roadside Repair Shop will immediately confirm electronically the receipt of the acceptance of the offer. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer can terminate the agreement. If the agreement is created electronically, Roadside Repair Shop will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, Roadside Repair Shop will take appropriate security measures to this end.
Roadside Repair Shop will send to the consumer the following information, in writing or in such a way that it can be stored by the consumer in an accessible manner on a durable medium:

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
With the purchase of products, the consumer has the option to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 7 working days. Article 7 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

Article 8 – The Price
All prices are including VAT
During the period of validity indicated in the offer, the prices are offered
products and / or services are not increased, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates.
Contrary to the previous paragraph, Roadside Repair Shop can offer products whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market and which the entrepreneur has no influence on, with variable prices. Article 9 – Conformity and Guarantee
Roadside Repair Shop guarantees that the products comply with the agreement as stipulated in the offer. An arrangement offered by Roadside Repair Shop, manufacturer or importer as guarantee does not affect the rights and claims that the consumer can assert vis-à-vis a shortcoming in the fulfillment of the obligations of the entrepreneur towards the entrepreneur, on the basis of the law and / or the distance contract.
Article 10 – Delivery and Execution
Roadside Repair Shop will take the greatest possible care when receiving and implementing orders for products. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Roadside Repair Shop during the ordered process or before the order has been sent to the consumer.
With due observance of what is stated in article 3 of these general terms and conditions, the Roadside Repair Shop will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed or if the consumer has been informed during the conclusion of the agreement. . If the delivery is delayed, or if an order can not or only partially be executed, the consumer will receive notification no later than one month after placing the order. The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests until the moment of delivery to the consumer at Roadside Repair Shop, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Article 11 – Payment
